Windsor Palms, anyone stayed there?
We've just booked this for 2022 having stayed quite a bit further out last time, we wanted to be closer to the parks and restaurants.
It looks fab online, has anyone been there?

Yes we stayed for 5 nights in October 2018. Loved it, really fantastic location, close to everything we wanted.

We love Windsor Palms and Windsor Hills. We have booked a Dibb villa in Windsor Palms for 2022. Love the location and the community

Stayed there twice. Ideal location for Disney, gated community with a communal pool.

I’ve stayed there 3 times but not for years. Was nice enough for sure. It’s gated as stated, and not far from 192. There used to be Splendid China on the road (wall of it near the top, but that park closed donkeys years ago). We actually went back to have a look a few years ago and it hadn’t changed much down there (Formosa). There was a Red Lobster at the top not sure if that’s still there. There was a Splendid China styled supermarket with great walk in beer fridge but they closed that down (Adam the Woo even covered it in a video): not sure what is there now.

Yorkshire T, what is Splendid China? I’m guessing a Chinese takeaway? OOhh we love Red Lobster and the fact that it’s close to the 192 is perfect 🤩

Margaritaville now there. Edit, totally forgot, Xmas 2019 we also went to the Outback at the top of Formosa so that’s still there. Yes it’s a very handy location. It’s about half a mile or so down Formosa off 192. Very close to Disney.

We stayed in an apartment there many years ago. It’s a great location very closed to AKL and there are loads of shops and restaurants just along the 192.

We stayed there years ago and it was a good spot. Look for the Sherbeth road short cut that brings you to near the Animal Kingdom, it helps to avoid traffic
