Same here. Take my antihistamine and nasal spray to help.

Maybe we should all wear masks!

Luckily or not my hayfever doesn't usually start until April/may but lasts until late sept.
But since beginning of year I'm getting sneezing, slight runny nose and slight coughing . I've put that down to being stuck in the house with central heating on alot more due to others being at home working or online college work.
I'm thinking the dry air inside is affecting me. That's my guess.
Making workers around me twitching as a clear my throat in the morning.

I was in work yesterday and at least 10 people came through with hay fever medication.
One man said tree pollen affected him but it was affecting him earlier this year

My eyes have been itchy for a few days, I don’t usually suffer this early in the year but this might explain it.

Can I just jump on this thread and ask you all what brand of eye drops you recommend? My Hay fever always starts this time of year (I take a one-a-day Cetirizine tablet), but my eyes are so itchy, it’s a real effort not to cave and scratch them. I have previously used Optrex hayfever eye drops but these seemed to irritate me even more. At my last Opticians appointment (last September when symptoms had gone), he said I have quite dry eyes, so I bought some ordinary Optrex for dry & tired eyes which seem to be better. I suppose dry eyes with hayfever on top probably make my eyes feel worse, so not sure even whether to use dry eye drops followed by hayfever drops a bit later - not even sure if this would work?
What do you all use?

Opticrom for me.

I have drops for dry eyes, too. I use Opticron first and about 30 mins later the dry eye drops.

I take fexofenadine every day throughout the year. The past couple of weeks have been bad but it’s felt this weekend had dropped. On top of the fexofenadine I take two once. a day cetirizine but the best thing I’ve found is neilmed nasal rinses. It clears out the sinuses brilliantly, I was sceptical but it’s been amazing since I started using it, I can sleep again during the bad times!

Am I the only one with a itchy nose? Drives me insane. I put it down to Medication I'm on as I thought I had it all year round and then this week all of a sudden the itchy nose started. Realised that I hadn't been itching it for a few months so guessing it must be Hay Fever,
