Better weather?
DH wants to go again, hopefully next year, just a cheapo trip doing mostly universal and possibly Seaworld and Busch...
Question is...previous trips have been in May but I would like to aim for slightly cooler weather if possible... which would be best...March, October or another (which?) ...

We love the October weather. Less humid than July/August and less rain if any at all.

Been twice in October, nice blue sky days with almost no rain.

Went May this year and apart from a few heavy storms early on the weather was great. Last May was apparently very wet. Been October and had great weather. Been October and faced Hurricane Matthew. Last November was superb. 80 degrees at 11pm during MVMCP. Weather great and not humid every day. Dropped to 60 degrees on the day we left. You can never tell!

I know it’s unpredictable but I just wondered if March or October/November would be a touch cooler than May...we have been lucky in the weather in May but I could just do with it a tad cooler...

This site is very useful but bear in mind that they are only average statistics.
We've been in November a number of times and experienced everything from temperatures in the low 90s to overnight frosts. Only been in March once and it was fairly cool but November is usually much cooler than May. The later you go in May the odds of afternoon thunderstorms increases. On balance we like April and November. Nice temperatures, low rainfall and low humidity. weatherspark/y/17721/Ave...tes-Year-Round Mick

Only been once in March and we had 3-4 days of very cool weather (low 40’s in the morning rising to only 50 in the afternoon).
However, others have had lovely weather; March can vary quite a bit. |

One trip in November back in 1998. First few days rainy and cool but next 14 lovely sunshine in mid 80’s and no rain. Will definitely go again in November 😀😀

Accuweather is also useful for historical information .
This is actual temps for last October for example accuweather/en/us/or...nyr=10/01/2018 We were there for the first two weeks of Oct '18 and the weather was great with very little rain. It was however warmer than our normal early April so I wouldn't necessarily choose Oct hoping for lower temperatures |
