:) Help and advice please :(

Hi,

Im planning on getting married in april 2013 in orlando.
The holiday has just been booked, we arrive in late afternoon on thursday 4th april 2013 and we are staying on i drive.
I was going to add the wedding on through our travel operator but it now turns out they have done us a tailor made holiday so adding a wedding is not an option so we will have to do it ourselves. Just a few questions...

1)does anyone know of someone who can help arrange the ceremony etc?
2)With regards to getting the wedding licence before we leave.. is this legitimate as i thought both parties had to attend the court house in person? I like the idea of arranging it before hand but im slightly wary
3) what documents would we need if we went to the courthouse... i know of the fee... passports and birth certs ( we are from the uk and neither has had a name change or previous marriage etc) someone has mentioned we would need to get our documents certified is this true?

any advice would be great

amy xx

Second recommendation for Carrie, we have booked our wedding with her and she has been amazing.

You just need your passports when you go to the courthouse to get your marriage licence

Hello,

We got married last week in Florida (applied for the license the day before).I can confirm it's a very straighforward process, you only need your passport and the license fee.

Good luck!
