Toll charge from Hertz. So angry!

On the way back to the airport in September, we went through an unmanned toll on the 417. OH threw the change in but it didn't register and the display didn't go green (or whatever it does) OH popped his head out and looked in the bucket and it was jammed. Not knowing what else to do, we drove on. As yet, we haven't heard anything but quite expected to see a charge on his credit card. How long does it usually take? Can we assume we're okay?

They tend to bill you in 4 week cycles so you can get hit the day you get home or up to 4 weeks later.
