Yes your 180 days is from your first day and you will be able to book your first 11 days (if staying onsite) at 180 days out, then you can book the 12th day the day after and so on. If you are offsite you can only book one day at a time.
My adr day is tomorrow I check in on the 20th so your day should be this Saturday. If you look at the menu on the left hand side on the screen and find the ADR calculator you can put your dates into in and it tells you what you can book and when.

FAB thank you. Yes we are staying onsite but without any DDP so will have to choose wisely.

Tusker House is a fab character breakfast with loads of choice.

Crystal Palace is also a very nice breakfast, but particularly because they do the breakfast lasagne which is delicious.

We enjoyed breakfast at Wolfgang Puck Express, Disney Springs...those chocolate chip waffles! Mmmm.

If you have little girls, Cinderella's Royal Table did a lovely breakfast where you meet the princesses. I love the French toast.

Ohanas for breakfast with Lilo and Stitch is good as is Tusker house in AK but our new favourite is Kona Cafe at the Poly for the fantastic Tonga toast and pancakes and best coffee at Disney.
