Help with linking tickets to Disney App

Hi, can anyone help me with a problem we are having linking tickets on the Disney experience app. I will try and explain what's happened. I have downloaded the app and added myself, husband and 3 children. My friend who is travelling a few days after us also downloaded the app for her and her partner, she added both their ticket info and we linked up. Now I'm trying to look for fast passes and I click on "select all" then when I continue it takes me to a page that says "not so fast" it reminds me that everyone needs a ticket and that my friends partner either needs to link ticket or remove him from our list. I press on link ticket and add his ticket number and a msg comes up saying that the guest has already been linked to another account.

I can call guest services tomorrow but was wondering if anyone knows what we have done wrong?

Is your time to book fastpasses? As in are you at 30 (offsite) or 60 (onsite) days before you visit and are you trying to book the fastpasses at 12pm uk time?

If you're doing all of the above and it still isn't working, have you tried the website instead of app?

If you've done that, have you definitely changed the setting so that you can see the other accounts plans and have you changed the settings so that you can manage their plans?

I can't think of anything else so if you've done all of that then maybe give the Disney tech team a call.
