Amazon Refunds - Claim your money back
Just a little tip when shopping with Amazon to get some money back
If you find the price of your items goes down after you have received them(I believe its within 90 days of your order but maybe its only 30 days) you are entitled to a refund of the difference Follow these steps to claim your refund Select your account from the top of the Amazon web page Log into your account and click go on open or recently dispatched orders (you could select last 6 months from drop down) View each individual order, and click on each item to check if price has changed Once you have details of any changes, click on the contact us link at the bottom of the amazon page, in order to send an email requesting a refund click on contact customer services by email on the right hand side then complete the online form, selecting returns / refunds from the drop down box, and add the items from any orders which have gone down in price In the final comments box, just add a message along the lines of "The above items I have ordered have gone down in price since I ordered them and therefore would you please refund the difference to my account" In 24 hours you should receive and email with details of any refund I have done this many times now since it was bought to my attention, and have received a considerable sum back in total Only today I have had almost £50 refunded on a camera, battery and ink cartridges which have fallen in price in the last month I have heard of people receiving £50 - £100 back on laptops cameras etc This is only valid for items bought from Amazon and not from one of the other sellers on their site Good Luck |

Oh thanks, I'm going to have a look into that now, almost seems to good to be true though.
Its if they have gone down on Amazon though is it, not if you find it cheaper elsewhere? |

Just been to look, how longback can you claim a refund? I found some that I ordered in march that are now a lower price, but it won't let me select the order.

thanks for the top tip
I bought a DVD Player and it came on 9th June, after reading your post had a look at Amazon earlier today and it is now £21 chaeaper. Sent them an email and though they advise 24hrs before reply I received an email within 2hrs to advise that I will be refunded the difference - brilliant It is only if they reduce the price within 30 day period after delivery |
