Amphicar Rides

Afternoon Dibbers,

Its been 4 years since we visited WDW for our summer holiday, so lots has changed.

Just been watching a clip on youtube of the Amphicar rides.
I haven't been able to find the price of these. Its Hubby's 50th birthday and thought it might be nice to do as a surprise.
Any advise on these would be great. Can they be pre booked.

My dh did it with ds's , they had a ball ( car mad) . We had lunch and got the discount. We didn't prebook . The photos were included in memory maker as well.

I don't think you can prebook, they have something like 14 cars and it is quite expensive so doesn't tend to get booked up. We just turned up and got on the next car - there was only 1 other car out on the lake.

For how unique it is, it is a fun experience and lots of people stop and watch you going in and around the lake which makes you feel famous or something

When we did it the price was $125 plus tax and you get about 20 mins out in the car

We did it two years ago not long after it started and it was a fantastic experience. Definitely will be doing it again this August. It is quite expensive but on the upside the price means it's never busy. The captains are well informed and take you through the history of Disney springs and point out all the points of interest as you tour the lake. We went on the green one.
