It clearly depends on the person you speak to, I would try again. I wouldn't want to spend time at a kiosk whilst over there.
When you speak to the initial operator, ask them to put you through to the ticket department, then tell them you would like to extend the tickets. That's what I did. |

FYI: Just spoke to a different Disney representative who told me to hold-off changing our tickets (which expire end of Sep 21) as they are making 'policy changes' to them in the next 2 weeks...

Just found this thread - it's very helpful, thank you!
We have 21 day tickets and so far we had been told by American Attractions that we'd have to swap the 21 day tickets for 14 day tickets at a higher cost! I'll leave it over the weekend to see if any policy changes happen and if not I'll try calling next week. Thanks so much everyone 😊 |

Has anyone managed to extend 21day tickets despite them no longer being sold?

Hi Keith1973,
I created a thread a while ago and copied an email from Disney after emailing to ask about our tickets bought in February 2019 which I hadn't been able to use. Here's the response to my first email: Zadie (Disney Parks) Jul 31, 2021, 5:28 AM EDT Dear Mrs. Jackson, Thank you for contacting the Walt Disney Travel Company International. We appreciate your enquiry regarding your existing Ticket Order. While there is not an official policy in place regarding these tickets at this time, we encourage you to wait for further information before making any changes. If you would like to alternatively cancel your unused ticket order, you may do this free of charge. Simply confirm through email reply to us at disneytraveluk@disneyonline.com. Should you have additional questions or require further assistance please contact one of our Disney Travel Experts on 0800 169 0730 (Option 2). We are here 7 days a week from Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Sunday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM (GMT). We appreciate your patience and understanding. Kind Regards, Zadie Walt Disney Travel Company International Here's the link to my previous post in which I've copied and pasted the second email : https://www.thedibb.co.uk/forums/sho...4#post15086154 Hope this helps Edited at 03:24 PM. |

Finally got through to someone they hinted that the expiration on my tickets might get extended in September or I could pay $70 to extend them now. TBH it was worth the $140 just to not have to spend another 2 hours on the phone to Disney.
