Oh good point YT, I'd forgotten about the DVC (non-AP) discount. But don't you need blue card to access them now? OP will only be white card.

Yes blue only albeit many seem to get them by saying they are DVC-some after showing white card.

I would be inclined to do 1 AP for the parking at least and just do the others as a 14 and a 7. Another option is to just get the 14 day pass and then pay for a US pass for the remaining days rather than a 7 day ticket as you wont need all 7 days. This may save you a bit. Also you can factor out the first and last day for travel so even with 19 nights you are probably only looking at 17/18 days so that's only 3/4 day tickets you would need.

You have to have an AP to get Tables in Wonderland I believe.

The other thing to consider- you could upgrade the UK tickets to annual passes at Disney Springs in usual times. And if they did it right and bridged it, it actually made the AP cheaper than buying it outright at the start as they gave you more for the UK Ultimate than it actually cost in the bridge fee.
We did this in Dec 2019.

On the previous prices we calculated that you would need to go for 5 weeks in a 12 month period for everyone to get a non-discounted AP. To save with the TiW card you need to spend at least $1500 on qualifying purchases of food and drinks, this is based in the difference between the discount an AP holder gets and the TiW card gives you assuming with both you tipped 18% which you have to do with the TiW card.
With discounts you only need 1 so you would need to save more the more people who actually buy an AP in your party to make it worthwhile for all.

However APs can only hold 3 days worth of park reservations, unless staying onsite. So they are still at a disadvantage for that compared to regular ticketed guests.
Could this potentially be a disaster for UK AP holders? Visiting for two weeks, but only able to access the parks for three days? OK, a bit extreme, but still possible.

I think you'd be pretty unlucky, but it's a possibility in peak periods. It's mostly MK and HS that book up in advance though, so could be lots of Epcot and AK days in APs future.

The AP availability is in a separate bucket to onsite and regular ticket holders though, so at least you're not directly competing with people at more advantage.
