No Surprise, had notification from Princess that our cruise has been cancelled. I’ve taken the option to transfer to next years sailing, keeping same fare and all perks. Well, I’ve submitted the request I imagine it will take them a while to get back to me.

We’ve had the same email for two cancelled cruises with Princess - we’ve also accepted the transfer offer. It was too good to miss given that both cruises in 2022 are double the price we paid this year.

Wow, are saving wasn’t that good, but enough to be grateful, £300pp plus onboard credit of $400. Only concern is getting my aft facing balcony on B deck!

Our Britannia Cruise on 25th September still lingers...

We are normally avid cruisers in between going to Florida but after having some cancelled last year decided to wait until everything was definitely sailing again as normal and glad we have made that decision. Tbh having to wear a mask, booking theatres, gym etc and only being able to leave the ship for an overpriced ships tour does not appeal either.

I’ve loved having the countdowns, it’s been something fun to focus on, as each sailing date has rolled round it’s been clear it wasn’t safe to travel so haven’t felt too disappointed, all our cruises with P&O and Princess have been booked direct, so there has been no stress with cancellations and refunds.

That said 14 nights on a med cruise doesn’t appeal at the moment, but may well change that depending on how the next couple of months go.

I’m eagerly awaiting release of the shorter sea cruises for a short break away.

We won’t be sailing under such conditions- the odd bit of mask wearing I can cope with, but being restricted to ship tours or having to stay on the ship would be a deal breaker.

I've just had an e mail from Princess and it looks as though the UK cruises will just be sailing and no ports .Can't decide what to think? Wait and see for more details I suppose.

I agree - phrases like ‘holidays at sea’ and ‘coastal cruises’ imply there won’t be any ports of call.

I’m not expecting any ports, I think it will be just sailing, but I like sea days

Personal Cruise specialist rang this morning, our cruise is all transferred with the Stateroom I wanted. Relieved as there were only a few showing available last night.
