I booked DC Non swim tickets with Floridatix earlier this year but we then decided that we didn't want to do it again, so I cancelled and their T&C said I would have to pay a £100 fee to cancel (£25pp) but I emailed them and they cancelled and I only lost the £40 deposit & didn't have to pay a fee. They've been really good with lots of queries this year. I hope you get it sorted OP.

I've booked the 'Orlando Passport' with this company for October, I got them in the "Sale" at the time they were £688pp & now in another "Sale" they are £681pp, this could of saved us £28 it doesn't sound a great deal but when you're trying to keep to a budget it's a decent wacky imo, I asked if I could have the new price but to no avail as the person I spoke to online said that they had ordered the tickets at the original price (I've paid a £10pp deposit)
I've found that with booking this Orlando holiday that it's just sheer potluck with how much you spend/save! Edited at 05:31 PM. |

I do too. However, I can’t disputes the Ts and Cs. What I can do is buy all future tickets elsewhere. As the post re. Floridatix says there are companies who are far more flexible. As I said previously I suspect with many more Florida holidays ahead of me that their loss is greater than mine

The only reason why I commented was that I've seen other companies have swapped prices if they have gone down but I guess when I've got the price I've got, I'll be chuffed when I get the tickets (I was on a bad day when I posted the above... even to the point I'd forgotten I'd written the above! 😂
