easy viewing vacation planner

hi all

does anyone know an easy way to view the vacation planner on an iPhone? i take very little to the parks so was hoping to be able to view it easily on my phone as I'm not planning to take print outs every day. Just wondering if anyone uses a method other than having to find the website, find the link and then open the planner?
