Memory maker if paid deposit last year?

Hi,

I have paid a deposit on my 21 day ultimate tickets for disney last year before they announced the free memory maker, Does anyone know if i will get it or not? I have tried on the for florida tix but they are not writing back at the moment.

We booked our tickets in March with Travel City Direct as part of our flydrive package and are not getting Memory Maker, been told it was only for tickets purchased after 23/4/15.

That's odd considering Disney didn't even release their 2016 tickets till august! I'd question them if I were you. We paid a deposit on our ultimates from Florida Escapes back in April, and received tickets with memory maker in September

We've tried but they're not budging although I am tempted to escalate my complaint further up the chain!

I would be surprised if it's not included on your account. I bought our annual passes before the changes to include it last year so wasn't expecting to get it, but we did because they were activated after the change. There was no separate activation and I only realised when it let me download photos. I would have thought the new ultimates would be the same because otherwise it's a LOT of work.

Thanks guys i contacted Florida Tix and as i had booked only 5 days before the announcement they have changed my booking to include it for me.
