180 +10? Does this still exist?

It's out ADR day today and I can only book for the 30th November. We are staying onsite for 10 nights.

Try logging out and logging back in. Or use the website vs the app or vice versa.

I booked 180+ 10 a few weeks ago but did it on the website not the app

I'm using both and have logged out of both and it just won't click onto December. We're going out at 1145 so I'm not going to be able to call which means we'll probably not get California Grill

First time using the DPP, normally get QSDP and book 3/4 TS ADRS. Typical this is the one year I have a problem!

I will do when I'm home. But as we're just going out and I'll loose signal on the next road I can't. Hence being a little bit annoyed. We won't be home until 4... I assume the phone line will still be open then?

I have been on it this morning and found its fine, are you sure you are logged in properly? My MDE will tell me I'm logged in but I'm not as its times out.

I have been able to book my 180+10 ADRs today, was a bit slow and painful but managed it - keep trying! (although couldnt get anything for CRT breakfast on the day I wanted )

Logged in and out correctly several times on different devices and the website and app.

Just had a horrible thought. Is this because we have booked through Virgin Holidays? do you only get 180 plus 10 if you book direct with Disney? We have always booked direct before.

Should now be home at 3. Very limited signal here so still can't call.

It won't make a difference that you booked with VH. If your hotel is showing on MDE it should allow you to do +10. Unfortunately it's a really glitchy system. We've had this before and had to ring.
