We have been twice and agree with others that not run down. My only gripe would be that the shop/on site facilities are very limited. Pools are fine and the lake is great for a morning walk. Location is excellent with publix and walgreen both very walkable. My preference is the smaller side and did ask for it this summer but no joy. However the apartment we had was v near the clubhouse/pool and was well equipped etc. Going again but not until 2021 (boo!)

We love Vista Cay. Awesome location and great condos. We are back there in February.

We are looking at Vista Cay for August - one thing it took me awhile to spot is that if you are booking direct, the rates it displays are not the cheapest rates available. Click see all rates, scroll through the options and one of the final options is a 90 day advance purcahse rate that is cheaper than the others. Downside is no cancellation option.
I haven't booked yet as even thought travel insurance is in place I still get nervous about elements of the hol that can't be cancelled or changed. |

Another glowing report for Vista Cay. We stayed in 2015 and loved it. Location was great, pools quiet and plenty of shops/restaurants nearby.
We’ve stayed in villas on our last two trips, but are seriously considering Vista Cay again. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the resort. |

We didn’t have to pay any resort fee when we booked with Virgin 2 years ago.
We loved Vista Cay it’s location is brilliant. Last year we stayed at Sheraton Villages IDrive and we love that too although it’s a bit more expensive, we preferred the evening entertainment for the kids.

We’ve stayed in Vista Cay twice, once through Charter Travel and once with Thomas Cook. Didn’t pay resort fees for either. As others have said perfect location, quiet but a short drive to everything. Pool is fine and accommodation is nice, although we did find a difference in standard between the two, TC was better furnished and managed by Millenium, CT not quite so well furnished. Both nice though. Definately recommend. Not sure how the forthcoming Universal building works will affect it. Guessing not much initially but prices will probably shoot up as i believe the new theme park will be literally across the road.
