If you look on there website it lists restricted items. There isn't many just the usual like explosives etc.

I don't think there's a weight limit on Eurostar or anything like that, but you need to plan realistically to what you personally can carry on and off the train- they don't take it off you at check in!

If you are traveling down with Virgin they will book it all for you, train down and eurostar. If you are coming into Euston then walk round to St Pancras it is much easier.
