AdBlue

My car has come up with a message for me to fill up the AdBlue. Do I just add it straight into the hole next to the fuel hole?
Is there any difference buying it at the pump than buying a carton myself?
Thank you!

It’s the same stuff, I have found the pump normally cheaper.

The pumps are normally for wagons but cars are fine but it can click off so you are filling for a bit of time

I’ve never seen it at a pump, but I just buy 10 litres and stick it in, my car takes 17 litres in total. Got my last lot at Argos for £10.

I got mine (10l) from Amazon but you can get it in loads of places - even Aldi sells it sometimes!

Almost all petrol stations that can server HGV have it but they often dont advertise it. You need to go to the pump then pop in pay some cash or leave a card and then fill and get your charge or pay by card, like you do for fuel in the US.

Or at least that is what it is at our petrol station and as I said ist 50p per l

Halfords will fill your tank for you if you purchase the Adblue from them.
