Linking Disney Tickets Issue

Our daughter tried linking her Disney ticket to her MDE yesterday by first scanning it and then trying the code but on both attempts a message came up saying you can't link Will Call tickets even though they are real tickets. However, I then added her name to my MDE to dummy book a Fast Pass by creating a Fast Pass Party and it said I needed to link a ticket to her which I did simply by scanning the ticket.

Any ideas as to why it worked for me and not her as she obviously wants her ticket on her MDE for the memory maker and she will want the rest of her family linked to her not me?

Try phoning Disney on their technical support freephone number, I am sure they will sort it for you.

does it have 8 numbers on the back, and then the silver foil hiding the last 4 ?

or can you see all 10/12 and mde doesnt recognise them ?
