Love your trip reports. Any chance you can take a photo of the RPR club menu for the week. I'd like to try and work out what might be on offer for our stay there in July.

Really enjoy your reports. Good idea about the clothes for the wet rides. We are onsite for the first time in August so glad we will have the folp. Looking forward to the next day

Aww sorry!

I was gutted about that. Just need to buy new ones when we hit the outlets eh?!

I love Kevin's t shirt.

I can't believe you had another go at Kong again today - an hour is a long time to get stuck 😱
It might be on your way home for a few days now - I find it quite hard to write at night when we are so busy. I have to wait til 4am when the jet lag wakes me up again! My mum buys Kevin these at shirts. I don’t where she gets them but he loves them. He is still to wear his pulp minion one when we go back to universal next week

I don’t think I could go to universal without FOLP now. Each time I stroll past all the people in those 40min queues I feel it’s worth every penny.

Lol! We were barely in the hotel that first day but will try. Day 2 has more club level pics but if there’s something in particular you want a photo of PM me ASAP as we leave in a few hours

Thanks! Hearing that makes writing them up worthwhile

They are just black Skechers go walks I picked up in Costco at home. I find them so comfy but I have heard other folk say they find them quite hot. I personally don’t - I love them and have 3 pairs now.

That’s what I said. Visit to the shops will produce new ones I am sure! Thanks

We are at HRH next week for just one night and no club.

They don’t have one on display but I will ask at breakfast this morning and see what they say

Love a stay at Universal too.
Can’t wait for ours in Sept.

Looks like you’re having a fab time and I’m loving reading about it
it’s from SoulCal. I originally got one from sports direct a couple of years back and I loved that it was a bit longer, but Kevin dyed the flowers grey by putting it ina wash with new black jeans. When I tried to replace it sports direct didn’t have them anymore but I finally found one on a website somewhere. Just had a quick look for you and I can see a few on eBay. Just google SoulCal swim skirt and should come up

Yes it is! Makes such a difference being able to use it on the Harry Potter stuff now

Thanks Helen... swim skirt here we come... absolutely amazing idea for water rides. Love the rides, hate it taking me hours longer to dry than hubby.

Would you say their sizing is accurate?

Yes - I found it perfect. I wore the matching bikini top instead of a bra but I did cut the padding out of it so even that would dry quicker.

Love your trip reports. 💛💚 didn't realize FOLP was for the Harry Potter rides now. Looking forward to hearing about St. Petes and AMI... hoping to do somerthing similar next year and also planning no Disney next year so looking forward to seeing how it goes for you. Enjoy

Great first day at the parks! We were stuck in the queue at Kong when it first opened, 2.5 hours :-(.
