In fact exactly like recent Dibber's experience on using the automated kiosks. Dibber A would say that everyone on the plane was directed to the kiosks and weren't asked when they last visited. Ten minutes later Dibber B will come on and say nobody was using the kiosks.

Our experience for what it's worth in mid-April. Given the forms on the TC plane. Ticked "yes" to food (instant coffee). Went to the machine and obviously ticked "yes" again to food. Went to the officer and I just happened to have the form in my hand with my passport so he took it. Whether he would have asked if he hadn't seen the form I'll never know.

Nobody manning customs either.

I would agree, there seems to be a lot of inconsistency even between our visit last September and our visit May this year.

Last September with Virgin, was given the form to fill out, directed to kiosks and not needed form.

We went in May this year again with Virgin no forms given out, no one was directed to kiosks, not even asked is we had food, no finger prints, no stamp in passport nothing, just photo and how long are you staying and on our way.

We flew into Charlotte with AA at easter. Forms were filled in on the plane, no machines, and checked at immigration, customs, then USDA check.

We got back yesterday😒 On the way out with Virgin we didn’t get a form. The immigration officer at the desk asked if we had any food. I said yes tea bags and coffee, and that was that. There was no seperate customs person. We have to go to a desk and not a machine as we go in the special assistance lane but I don’t think anybody else found it different. Mind you MCO is a work in progress, it could all change again.
On a separate but similar note, when we came back to MAN yesterday we actually had to queue at immigration and he checked the passports and asked where we had flown from. Usually we just sort of wave our British passports at them and are waved through.

Went to NYC last December and was handed a form on the flight, although on check in to the flight told we didn't need them, got to NYC and was told by the agent there we needed them so hurriedly filled one in at the desk. Hopefully by Nov 2019 it'll be resolved
