Le Cellier - worth 2TS credits?
Hi
I’ve done my ADR’s- I’ve booked Le Cellier but I’m beginning to have cold feet about it. Last time we did California grill but would like to try something different. What are your opinions of Le Cellier?

It's ok but I'd take CG over it every time. One criticism of LC is it's quite cramped, tables very close together.

Sorry but California Grill is also cramped and you are sitting on the next tables lap and for us was so so noisy which didn't make for an enjoyable meal.

Excited about Disney
|
We gave it a miss last summer but booked to go this summer. We did enjoy the fillet mignon and risotto. California Grill was excellent too. Think it depends whether you want an in park meal or a dressed up evening meal out. Plus the menus have different things on so that could determine your choice.
We would wear park stuff for Le cellier too as no one was wearing dress code when we went. Where as CG you do make an occasion of it more I think personally. |

We've enjoyed Le Cellier in the past and maybe it's just our luck where we've been seated but never found it cramped, despite the obvious small size of the room. I certainly wouldn't hesitate to go again.
As far as onsite steakhouses go I'd marginally prefer Yachtsman (yet to try Shula's) but everything I've tried at Le Cellier has been great and the Unibroue Beer Flight is one of the best drink options in the whole of Disney. |

Thanks for your opinions so far@
- we had a good meal at CG and didn’t feel cramped, it’s just that we fancy trying another 2TS restaurant

IMO Le Cellier is OK, but not a great 2 Credit option.
I would prefer Teppan Edo or even Rose and Crown over it, and they are only one credit. I would recommend the Yachtsman (at Yacht Club) or Narcoossee & Citricos (at Grand Floridian) for 2 Credit options |

Thankyou - I’m wondering about changing to one of your recommendations

No. It’s exactly the same restaurant as it was when it was one credit. They made it two because it was so popular and they could get away with it. I object on principal. Also all the sides are extra money.
