Yes they do cater for all food intolerance, they asked if our daughter was coeliac as well as gluten intolerant, there is a lady with blond hair, late 50s that works in the club room at night and she has both coeliac and gluten and couldn't be more helpful
Just make sure you tell them on your first visit

Mike

We are currently at HRH on floor 7 and we were a bit concerned after reading this, but have to say, we are loving it! Lounge always has room, people are not greedy and the blonde lady serving the drinks is the sweetest person! The food is great and as a family of 5, it has been worth the money to get breakfast, snacks and all the drinks we need.

OMG they pour big glasses of wine!

Just back from HRH- we felt it was good value for the 5 of us. Managed a breakfast every day and either drink/light dinner or desserts most evenings. We bought a good lunch at the parks and were fine. It was busy and hard to get seats, staff were good but too busy at times due to the crowds. They need a bigger space or less people- We would definitely do it again though.

Evening food changed every night. There was always crackers, cheese, and raw veg for dipping. 1 night we had mini chicken enpanadas, another mini beef tacos or chicken wings. 1-2 hot selections usually. It rotates every 6 days. Breakfast was the same- donuts, boiled eggs, pastrys, porridge, fruit, cereal and bagals/toast.

The last two nights we have had 1) chicken shumai, Coney dogs, chips and dips 2) chicken empanadas, chicken wings, tomato & mozzarella and Italian meats with olives and chillis. Both times there have been chopped veg with dip plus cheese and biscuits.

The plates are less than 5" square so you can't take loads at once. We are using it as a appetiser with a drink before going for a later dinner. I would not rely on the lounge offering as an evening meal but it's a nice little recharge snack.

Oh and expect kids to turn their noses up at some of the offerings 🤣

On saying that my daughter is gluten intolerant and they have been fantastic in providing her with gluten free food from the kitchen
I think it will be RPR club from now on, also we feel the hotel is feeling tired and could do with a freshen up

These are my thoughts obviously and I'm sure other would differ

Thanks

We had thought that when we stayed in July it was a total waste of money, only advance you have had is you got some gluten free food. We were told that they had nothing when we asked for our gluten free member. Really didn’t rate it at all.

Turn left after the desks down a couple of steps and it's there. We were there a couple of weeks ago and it was always open. They had started work next to the entrance of the lounge so perhaps they are extending it.

HRH room is too small and not as good as RPR, but we found the food very similar and still definitely the better option than not having Club😄
