I got a reply saying they still hadn't been able to contact the suppliers but would keep trying. Haven't heard anything since though.

Just spoke to Expedia, my 2day Seaworld ticket has a ‘tour date’ of 8th August, he said I need to use the ticket on this day and then I have 14 days to use the 2nd day! Anyone else know if this is correct? By the way he was talking I don’t think he was 100% sure in what he was telling me!?

I would say that is incorrect, as mine states 8th Aug to 9th Aug, how can I can do 3 days of parks in 1 day. And you haven’t booked a tour you have bought tickets that expire 14 days after first use.

Not only that they have contradicted them selves as it states ticket expires 1 year from date of purchase or 14 days following your last travel day , which ever comes first. Have a look under rules and restrictions.

Sorry went to Busch Gardens yesterday for the first time in the holiday. The parking worked fine. Scanned barcode from paper ticket at the booth and printed complimentary slip straight away.
