Yep same here I checked my phone was set up for AT&T - 3g is fine and fast enough. Didnt have any issues with throttling? I upload photos and download tons of stuff, use it for sat nav and speeds have been superb

Ive used Three in Florida and California, Nevada, Arizona and Utah with no problems. Last year I uploaded 10GB and downloaded 34GB in data whilst in the USA (mostly youtube and Netflix)

Just remember though that if you go over 11gb in any one month (or your plan limit whichever is lower) on three, then you will either pay the ridiculous £3p/mb standard charge or be blocked from the mobile internet for the rest of the month
