A tube of Lanacane is all you need. Works a treat. You don’t cycling shorts, doubling up or any sort of special knickers/underwear.

I bought Sport Shield by 2Toms - it's a roll on substance that I apply to my chubby thigh tops is working really well. I've applied it just the once, first thing in the am, and that lasted all day BUT I did notice a bit of a tingle later that night. I'm wearing a dress again tomorrow and plan to apply it twice: first thing and then at/after lunch. It was about £9.99 on Amazon and is designed for athletes. Don't but the one branded for women, it's the same product, just more expensive!

I use body glide from a amazon. It’s like a deodorant stick. Works a charm. Got it after Antonella the Uncensored Reviewer did a FB review.

I got mine after the FB review from Antonella. Barely used any from the stick last year so tons left.
