where to book magical express

can someone point me in the direction to book our magical express please. I cant see it on the official Disney website and iv looked about on the dibb and cant find it.

iv tried to do it.. but after I pressed confirm I got a web page not found screen, now I just get a stitch ate the page screen. any ideas?

Is can you only do it from so may days before? We're still over 200 days out. Could that be it?

I couldn't get the link to work so e-mailed Disney. They advised me to get my travel agent (Travel Planners) to book it as I hadn't booked directly with Disney. I e-mailed them and they sorted it straight away.
