I have been to Busch Gardens lots of times and have never queued for anything! Not sure if we have just been lucky or not but everything has been a walk on. It is the only park where we never bother to plan.

I think Falcons Fury will be open then, and because it'll be new i'd head for that first! Then Cheetah Hunt

Aside falcons fury, cheetah hunt gets busy fast so I'd get that out of the way first, montu, kumba, tidal wave pretty much walk on. Shrieka and Stanley falls can get busy so maybe those two next. Gwazi not to busy but its a marmite ride anyway. This provided you go during week days. Weekends can get v busy.

We went in August last year and expected it to be busy but we were pleasantly surprised.

Both DS and DD love the coasters, we headed to Cheetah Hunt first which they did with very little queuing, after that my memory fails me but they rode all the big ones and then DS went back round to ride them all again in the front row!
