It notes on the .gov website that a free uk test should not be used as proof of not having Covid for holiday purposes. Are they not accurate.

How do you book at the moment do you just phone?

Maintenance
Patience !

Our teams are hard at work improving our online reservation systems. It is therefore currently not possible to make a ticket or package booking on any of our platforms. Rest assured, all will be back to normal soon. Thank you for your patience!

There is also a company called living well who do the upload of photos for travel £25 each. Good reviews on Facebook groups. Did anyone book to go?

I’m still booked to go for 31st July. Still not sure if we will with current price of tests though! Hoping maybe they’ll come down a bit. Or the requirements change so less tests are needed.
Probably both wishful thinking!

Will all these companies be able to cope with the demand once the holidays kick in
There could be a few hundred thousand tourists all needing a test in a certain day. That seems a lot to be seen by medical staff watching you carry out the test inline .

I'm put off booking as well now. There is too much uncertainty with lockdowns and travel restrictions. We thought the vaccines would give us freedoms but case numbers are going high again and either the UK or European countries will block us again.

On top of that, the Disney experience just doesn't feel worth the money at the moment. It isn't just the lack of character meals and interactions, and fireworks, the thing about the changes to Fast Pass and how standby queues work seems really off-putting. The prices are high and with no meal plan offers. It just feels very poor value.

Totally agree. Just not feeling the magic enough to book. So many elements will be missing plus I just can’t be bothered with the travel requirements. Here’s hoping next year will be better.
