I cannot access my FB account it says someone else logged in Derbyshire were no where near?anyone know how you retrieve it as my Samsung tablet app will not let me in keeps saying it's offline

Delete cookies and reset tablet look in setting log out then log in to router delete face book then reinstall . Hope that helps

The location isn't always accurate. It can be due to your service provider routing traffic through different servers (I live close to Edinburgh but have shown as being in England sometimes).

How are you seeing where its logged in? Is it just the messenger app you're having problems with?

If you're able to log into FB, go into your settings and delete any connections that look suspicious (or all of them if you want, all you'll need to do is log back on)

Thank you but can't get in at all even following the poster above and have loads of messenger alertsThink I will unload messenger and see what happens on our pc at home
