December UY and returned points?
Hi all,
Forgive me for this question as I’m sure someone has said before, but I’m unwell and my head is all foggy! 😂 I am expecting some points back this month due to the policy for international members and I can’t remember when we are meant to expect them? Will they show up on our accounts so that we can make bookings online? Or do we need to ring MS to see/use them? As I say, I know we’ve discussed this before a while ago, so forgive me for bringing it back up again - I’m a bit stressed as I’m going to have to try to rent them out as we can’t travel before they expire at the end of May, so if we need to ring MS that makes things more tricky to use them up & its a lot of money to lose. |

They should appear today or maybe Monday, it's usually around the 10th of the month that your new use year starts. You should see them in your account as a new Riviera allocation of points and be able to book online with them.

Amy. I’m waiting as well so hopefully Monday as I have quite a chunk to deal with.
Thankfully I did a screenshot of the amount before they disappeared

I'm waiting on 68 dropping in so I can swap them with some bookings I have for April |

I’ve just done online chat with them as I’m also due points in December.
I’ve been told “The early December date Was an estimate and the process is taking much longer than they anticipated” When I queried this and said about having to use them by May 22 I got this response - “I do apologize. Out of fairness to all affected International Members, we are not able to prioritize moving them.” Wonder how long we will wait! 🤷🏻🤷🏻

Thanks for the update . I really don’t understand their logic though - they have already done this for members with earlier use years and we were promised this before there was a date for the borders opening. I will be fuming if they go back on this because the borders opened before the points expired.

Nothing for me either. Just checked now and still nothing. My money is on Wednesday.
Edit. Nothing as of Weds at 7.18am. Off for a walk now.
