Queries about the My Disney App

Hi, We have tickets booked for Disney in May/June this year. I understand these can be linked onto the Disney App 30 days before we go. What I was wanting to know is if the same passes can also be linked onto my husbands phone, so he has them too in case one of us loses our phone? So can the same passes be linked onto different phones?

yes you can link tickets in advance and you can download the app and do your fast passes 60 days in advance and also dining reservations 180 days (if staying on park i believe). Simply use the same details to log into your MDE account on multiple phones

I have found the app can be temperamental if you try to log into the same account on multiple devices as suggested below, and can sometimes log people out.

If you create a profile on MyDisneyExperience and so does your husband, you can then add the tickets to one of the accounts and then you can link the two profiles and share the plans. If either of you book fastpasses or ADRs, they will appear on both accounts. If you don't know how to do this, give disney a call on their UK number and they will be more than happy to link the two profiles together for you so you can both see plans
