Mobile When to book a villa?

Just booked our 2019 holiday from February 25 to March 21 flying direct from Oslo to Miami with SAS. When do we need to book our villa/condo?
We are also not sure if we want to spend the whole month in Orlando, since we will be doing just magic kingdom one day and then the 14 days seaworld, Aquatica, Busch gardens and Legoland. This is just a holiday to relax and get away from the cold with our 5 year old and 6 month old baby girl.
Any suggestions on where we could go apart from Orlando?

We have booked a hotel in the keys and are planning to drive up to savannah,st augustine and see some sights on the drive up and down. We are also doing a month. We booked the villa for the whole time and will use it as a base, as i enjoy driving.
We booked our villa 1st, and then sorted our holiday around that.

Being on the Florida coast near beaches (East or West) would be good but the dates you have picked is peak vacation season with retired ‘snowbirds’ travelling down from the colder North American States and Canada (as well as Europe) so demand and rental rates are high around this time. The further south you travel the warmer the weather too.

Your dates are also when Spring break is on so it can get very busy in Orlando too with Snowbirds and spring breakers

I would start looking now. Don't forget to put your request on the villa section of the Dibb.

Most owners are now taking bookings right through to 2020 so i would start looking

It's half term in the UK around that time so people will be planning ahead
