Our special 10th Wedding Anniversary holiday
Hello fellow DIBBers,
I'm getting more than a little excited about going to the most magical place on earth with the most magical person on earth. Here's our plans, whats your thoughts? 29/8 Travel Manchester to Orlando (on DIBBers row) Arrive at Port Orleans French Quarter Go get some essential from Walmart Dinner at Boatwrights Dining Hall Collapse 30/8 Hollywood Studios Dinner at 50's Prime Time Diner Star Wars Fireworks Collapse 31/8 Epcot Character Dining at Garden Grill for Breakfast Check out the international Food and Wine Festival Enjoy Illuminations Collapse 1/9 - Our special 10th Wedding Anniversary Magic Kingdom Character Dining Breakfast at 1900 Park Fare Dinner at Be our Guest Mickey's not so scary Halloween Party Collapse 2/9 Universal Studios Orlando Dinner at Hard Rock Cafe Take in a show:- Blue Man Group Collapse 3/9 Blizard Beach Epcot in the evening for dinner at Via Napoli Enjoy Illuminations again (because we can) Collapse 4/9 Animal Kingdom Breakfast at Tusker House (Character Dining again! ) Go to beaches and cream and have the Kitchen Sink late evening (I am trying to convince the wife that this is entirely syn free, I'm not having much success) Collapse 5/9 Epcot Akershus Royal Banquet Hall for Lunch Maybe we won't watch illuminations again, maybe we'll check out the boardwalk, but then again... Collapse 6/9 Magic Kingdom Character Dining at 'Ohana for Breakfast Watch Happily Ever After Collapse 7/9 Sea World Take in a load of shows Go to Yak & Yeti at Animal Kingdom in the Evening Rivers of Light Collapse 8/9 Discovery Cove Dolphin Swim Seaventure Chillin' Relaxin' etc Hollywood Studios Sci-fi Dine in Theatre for Dinner Fantasmic Collapse 9/9 Kennedy Space Centre Magic Kingdom late Character Dining at Crystal Palace Happily Ever After (Because I still can...) Collapse 10/9 Volcano Bay/Islands of Adventure (still undecided) Toothsome Chocolate Emporium Collapse 11/9 Animal Kingdom Magic Kingdom in the Evening, Liberty Tree Tavern Maybe we'll go hit Disney Springs but we'll definately... Collapse 12/09 Typhoon Lagoon Planet Hollywood for Dinner Cirque Du Solei 13/09 Islands of Adventure Pizza in our room (because we've never done it before) Collapse 14/09 Magic Kingdom Breakfast at Cinderella's royal table Happily Ever After in our last evening :-( Collapse 15/09 Chef Mickeys in the morning Magic Kingodom (most likely) or another park Head to the airport Get on a plane back to Manchester Collapse (but strangely without sleep) 16/09 Arrive in UK Chippy Tea Collapse and Recover 17/09 Aclimitise to UK time Carvery Dinner Collapse and get ready for... 18/09 Back to work :-( prompting... 23/09 Book holiday to recover from holiday we just had. We're both so excited! |

Sounds like a great trip! POFQ is a lovely resort. I'd personally eat at POFQ food court on the first night rather than POR as after flight/immigration/Walmart it'll be slightly nearer to collapse! All depends how awake you feel though.
Also something to mention is that Planet Hollywood still has mostly terrible reviews, there are a lot of dining options in DS that are consistently better. The kitchen sink is definitely worth the syns! Also please make sure you try the beignets at POFQ 😍 |

We are going for 10th wedding anniversary in 2 weeks and can't wait! It's our first time and can't wait to see the kids faces!
