really confused...
Hi, I really need some help as my brain is hurting now with tickets...
we are a party of 4 adults, myself, hubby, son and dil 2b... hubby and I are looking to go to universal perhaps 4-5 days (at a push could get the 2 wk tickets as they seem same sort of price), only want 2-3 day tickets for disney as hubby is not a fan... son and dil 2b want to do disney (dil 2b is huge disney fan) and universal but not so many days at universal, perhaps 3-4 days. What tickets would be best, cheapest and where do I get them please? we are on a budget ... thank you any help is appreciated

Look at Undercover Tourist to price up your various options using US tickets, and then compare them to the UK ticket prices. For Universal, they'll probably end up much the same price as the UK tickets are very cheap compared to the day ticket prices. Disney will be cheaper with US tickets if you only need a couple of days but once you get to about 5 days, it also is much the same price to go with UK tickets. Especially if you want to park hop or use the Photopass service.

I’m no expert, so I’m sure someone will be along with more info, but when I look at tickets, the 14 day tickets always seem to be the best value. You used to be able to get Disney Magic your Way tickets, that were for fewer days, I assume they still sell them. I’d suggest having a look at the different ticket agents and seeing what they have on offer. We tend to just go to Disney as we love it, but we have bought Universal 14 day tickets before and upgraded them to annual passes and then used them the following year, by going a couple of weeks earlier, so they are still within the 1 year window. Very economical that way, we have also done this with Seaworld tickets.
