The HOHO worked out well for us, as I’m not sure we’d have managed all those areas without it. I’d read some rubbish reviews before we went about horrendous queues in the summer, but I think if you pick your boarding points well, and start out early in the day, it’s a good way of seeing a lot in a short time.

Vancouver was the first place I went to abroad. I went by myself to stay with my pen pal when I was 19 which was quite a while ago! It's great to see your photos as I remember some of the things you saw such as the steam clock and the totem poles!

Great day. What a cool looking city , some great places. That first day is hard when you don’t want to lose time but are too knackered to carry on and really need a kip !

What a lovely first holiday abroad for you. Glad this has brought back some lovely memories for you.

I really liked the city. But the combination of heat and tiredness really took it out of you. If we hadn’t have been sat on the bus for the morning, we probably wouldn’t have lasted as long as we did!
