Mobile A few questions about SSR

We are staying 5 nights in a two bedroom preferred villa at SSR in July. At time of booking we requested to be close to Disney springs which I know is not guaranteed. We are planning to make use of EMH and also have an early ADR for 8am at BOG one morning. Can anyone tell me when the buses start running and if staying at the springs would that be last pickup? I have heard buses are often full by last stop. I’ve also rather disappointedly read some bad reviews with regard to cleanliness of the rooms recently. Tired, musty, dirty sheets and in need of a refurb. Can anyone reassure me that it will ok?Thanks in advance.

You'll either be in Congress Park of the Springs. The Springs is the last stop, and Congress Park is the one before that

Buses start running early enough to get people to the parks for 8am adrs. I think the earliest I've seen someone say they caught a bus was 6.45am. At that time in the morning, then the buses should be pretty empty tbh. However, you may find them busier if it's an extra hours morning for MK.

We've always stayed at The Grandstand, so first on the bus. However, there were times when we'd see our bus pulling away just as we were arriving at the bus stop, so we used to walk over to the Springs bus stop before it arrived and catch it there. We've not been in July, but have been twice at Easter, and haven't had any problems with getting on buses.

It's been a few years since we've stayed there, but everything was fine then. I do know that they're being refurbished this year, but not sure if the timescale.

Thank you for this information. You said you walked from grandstand to the springs for bus. How far is it to walk? I was thinking it might be better to walk to Grandstand in the morning if not too far.

A few minutes from the Grandstand bus stop to the Springs bus stop.
