it doesn't matter who you book through, you get your Disney confirmation booking number, then you can link to MDE, and do ADRs, fastpasses etc all as normal.

I think your experience with them can vary depending on whom is handling the booking. A lot of people here have had great experiences. I have used them once and my experience was ok. Not great not terrible. I just found I had to pester them for a number of details which should have been supplied at the time booking was completed.

I used them last year, they were very good. I changed flight times as we were going indirect and wanted a bigger window, then the villa we booked sold and we were offered a few alternatives, we chose one that was a couple of doors down from the first with better layout. Very easy to contact and very helpful.

We have used them lots of times over the years for various things package, just flights,just villas also booked a package with them for this year to Europe. They are always very helpful, competitive prices and you can book with a deposit .

Used them a few years ago, selected a specific villa, but 8 days before departing, they said the villa was not available and they allocated a different one. Nowhere near the standard of the one we had selected. Apart from that, they were ok.

I had the same issue with Florida Masters. Said the villa we booked was now unavailable (6 bed 6 bath) and offered us one miles from the parks with only 2 bathrooms. I refused and said I wanted what I had paid for. They rang back within 2 hours with news that the villa we had booked was available again! Wouldn't touch them with a barge pole. This wasn't the only problem we had. When I booked with Kenwood I asked if the villa I had chosen was the villa we would get and got it confirmed by e mail. Just waiting to see if they honour it.

Kenwood have been brilliant for us, used them last year and again just booked with them for October, cannot fault up to now.
