I'm in a pickle... have been doing so so on SW for the last 16 MONTHS (just shy of 2STONE) then in November I started exercise 3 nights a week, then about 2 months ago I started with a PT - so 4 hours a week of cardio/ strength mix... and I've put about 5lbs back on, however I look completely different - I've taken a break from SW for the last 2 weeks (holiday to assess my options) and stayed on plan, however it's very much driven on the scales but I think I need the group support as much as anything (have a cracking group who I class as friends these days) -

so do I pay £5 a week to not see the scales move and get frustrated or do I step away from the support, save £5 and risk my eating habits falling by the wayside...

the exercise is built into my routine now so I wouldn't dream of cutting it as I really enjoy it, and I can see a difference in how I look.

so frustrating!

I would personally step away from the scales, its how you feel and how clothes fit on you that's important.

Muscle weighs heavier than fat so if your training and gaining muscles the scales aren't going to move much. Enjoy your PT and get the support there.

I run 2-3 times a week and enjoy it but don't beat myself up if I cant fit a run in.

Sensible eating but a treat every now and then , can soon tell if the jeans are getting a bit tight again lol

Keep up the good work xx

I'm at 11 stone. I want to get down to 10 stone by August for my first fitting, ideally, however, I'm going to the gym three times a week doing a 5km run and weights. So I think my weight will end up going up

But I fit in size 10-12 clothes so I'm not feeling so bad about my weight at the moment.

I'm gonna keep trying to lose that weight though - this group will really help me

Thank you so much xxx I've just changed my diet and barely exercise but my job as a dental nurse keeps me fit. I don't drink fizzy drinks and don't have potatoes or bread except for my bacon butty on a Saturday 😄
