Can you know check on MDE the balance you owe if you charge to your magic band? That’s the only thing that would worry me!

You can ask the front desk at your hotel at anytime for a full print out of all charges made to your room. You can also do this now on your MDE account.

Limits are $1000 for Value and Moderate
£1500 for DeLuxe and DVC
Hit the limit and your registered credit card gets charged then off you go again.

These days when someone is begging in the street or collecting for a charity I have to say - sorry but I don't carry cash on me. It's true - these days I pay for everything with my contactless card,.

Yes you can and it’s very quick to appear.

I guess we won't be popping into AK for a quick bite etc. anymore. We don't use cards on holiday. Even when we stayed there we only used the band for accessing the room as we weren't actually doing any parks and preferred to pay OOP.

Well I only use cash on holiday. Not a debit or credit card and I do not charge to room, I pay cash as I go.

Yes I am one of those with travellers cheques. I object to being made to use another method. Still accept my tip in cash though I see!

Yes I may have to move with the times but really I don’t want to. But then I don’t agree with a few things Disney are doing lately.

If you pay by magicband apparently you will be able to settle bill ( At front desk only ) with cash at the moment anyway .

We won't have a Magic Band a we don't stay on site but often used to pop into AKL for a QS meal and look round in the evening. Guess we can go to the other Monorail resorts 'til they play catchup.
