I think it depends what your after. I've started saving throughout the year for money solely for shopping. It started when i went in a ralph lauren outlet in Chester and saw a pair of jeans in the sale for £55. The month before i bought a pair from premium outlets in LBV for $40.
If i see something i fancy but don't really "need" i will put the cash away and get much more for my money in November. The fund stands at about $800 at the moment. I don't mind waiting cos i know i always get much more for my money.

BLOOMING ADA! You people like to shop!

I think me and Walmart will be very good friends this year!
Although, myself and the CC could fall out with the DH!
