Has your flight been full?

We returned a few days ago from a Greek Islands holiday. I was surprised to see how full the BA Heathrow to Athens flights are.

BA fly five flights a day to Athens, our flights were packed, no spare seats. I checked on Expertflyer and all the flights were very busy.

The demographic of our flight was young, lots of 20 -40 year olds travelling plus a few older, no kids but we were out of school holidays.

It's good to see BA flying full planes was your flight full?

Flew Glasgow to Lanzarote a couple of weeks ago with Tui and the plane was absolutely packed with all ages including school children. Returning only about a third full again all ages.

We flew back from Athens on Thursday evening, flight arrived in T5 at 21.00

We were through, and bags picked up in 20 mins. E gates were open, no form checking, bags on belt as we walked up. Fantastic!

We came back from Madeira last Monday.
Our flight going was full and only about 3 empty seats coming home.
Our flight on Sat to Malaga looks full when I’ve checked.

Our flights to and from Tenerife with BA in August were full both ways. Landed at Heathrow and through the e-gates with no queue at all. Hand luggage only so we were in the arrivals hall in 5 mins flat!
