Yes, it does ask for it once you’ve ordered…I done mine today..so far impressed…I had an email saying they’ve been dispatched…got booked for December 16th.

After I’d booked I received an email which included a link to register and that’s where I had to put details. During the video we also had to show our passports and read out the passport numbers.

If you are opening it on a tablet or phone, download the app Teams to your phone, it will work much better if you have the app on. I’d also get someone to Teams call you to test it out.

Has anybody used them with kids yet? I only ask as our 3 year old does not take well to testing at all, so I'm just wondering how accommodating they are!?

I can't answer the question about children using these tests as it's only DH and I, but we did our supervised tests with Breathe Assured at 8am this morning and it couldn't have been easier.

The nurse was a lovely lady who was calling us from South Africa and we had a good chat while waiting the required length of time for the tests to develop. She was very thorough in checking all our details were correct before issuing the certificate and made sure the certificates had arrived and again, were correct before ending the call.

Tests were negative so we're off to our villa for the first time in 26 months on Monday!

All their staff seem to be South African. They must be making a fortune. They’ll be picking up the kits at a couple of quid a piece, and I’d be surprised if they are paying the SA nurse more than about a fiver.

I have registered for my pre departure test and booked my appointment. Does anyone know what we need to do with the Day 2 test? How do I prove that I have a kit brought in advance or do I not need to do this?

We have ordered these for our December trip, I assume they match up the bar codes on the plastic tests? because they are exactly the same as the ones we get through for free from the government, even the same packaging.
