Help!

I’ve just received all my information through the post from Kenwood, my trip included car hire from Alamo to be picked up from Disney Car centre. It says that i need a credit card with the deposit amount (What is this and how much is it? I have already paid in full?) and I do not own a credit card? I only have debit cards? Panicking now

It also states that the driver and any additional named driver has to be from the uk but I had made it clear that it would be my mother (uk citizen) as the main driver and fiancé (us citizen) as the additional who would likely be driving, my fiancé doing the bulk of it.

My mum and I, are doing a week at Disney and then my fiancé will be meeting us at the villa as his flight is later? How do I add him onto the car? Help

I'm not 100% sure but I think both drivers have to be present at the point of collecting a car unless you've skipped the counter and entered both your details online.. they normally ask for passport and driving licence details... for us both .. hopefully someone can confirm more details for you then myself.. but definitely check... we add all the details online with your booking !

OP. Lets break this down
1. A debit card from the UK is fine as we have the Visa or MasterCard logo on it. Not all do in America hence they want a credit card from them
2. The hold on a debit card should be no more than $200 albeit it could be nothing
3. All drivers have to be present and present their licences
4. Your Fiance can present his when he arrives and you can get your Mum to drive to the CCC with him as a passenger for him to be added. Loads do this.
5. Chase up Kenwood for proof he can drive as I'm not sure. It should be ok but get it in writing or E Mail from them
