Do you know who your "Guide" is?
Do you know or need to know who your guide is?
DH has just missed a call asking to call back as we have a new guide. Since buying resale in 2014 we were not aware we had a guide or needed one!

Not anymore - our original guide (we bought direct) left ages ago and I think we have been assigned a couple since then. We occasionally get a call before we go on a trip but are rarely home when they call - I assume it is just an attempt to sell more points so I don't worry about it.

No idea- nor do I want to. Commissioned salespeople, if I'm not buying I've no need to know who they are or speak to them. Sorry sounds a bit harsh but they have one mission - to sell. The friendly calls etc just mean that they put in more effort.

Thanks we definitely don't need or want any more points so will not be returning their call then
Didn't think after 5 years we would all of a sudden need to know who it was and we have no intention of buying anymore points so no return call then!

My original one is now the Boss. When he transferred to California he assigned me a new one.
2 years later I sacked him! Somebody who never returns your calls is no good to me. I researched and picked a Guy who works from home and never in the Sales dept. However I haven't heard for him in 3 years either To be honest my view is don't bother me and I won't bother you.

I know who our guide is and would rather not be linked to him. He was a typical sexist and brash salesman. We only bought from him because we had already done our research and wanted to buy VGF direct. It's as good a reason as any to buy resale if we ever want more points.

I wasn’t keen on ours (very smarmy!) and he’s since left and I haven’t got a clue who looks after us now, but as I don’t intend to ever buy anymore points, I don’t really care either! 😂
