Park tickets will work on day 15 also if you have any 1 day out of the parks over the holiday so I wouldn't pay for the 21 day ticket.

Also, you will probably have so many credits left over, valid until midnight on day 15, I'm not sure I'd pay the extra. What about adding 2 days in a less expensive resort?

As Bayshore has said I don't think you need additional tickets of dinning. I needed to extend by 2 days to get the cheaper flights. What I have done is rented DVC points - so still staying in a deluxe but for a cheaper rate.

The point was to ensure the OP didn't get stuck with an ADR they couldn't get to - so will change from 'Most' to 'Some'.

You need to remember some restaurants require park entry, so on the 2 extra days you will need to plan to eat in resorts or Disney springs as opposed to in a park!
