Easter or July 2019?
Hello - we are hoping to go next year, and trying to decide on when... We have been once in October but that meant missing school (which we said would be a one off). Was wondering about our Easter hols (the fortnight leading up to Easter) for cooler weather but have heard it’s really busy - or July (could be any time that month) but worried about the heat - we are pale Scots. Does it feel much worse in July compared to October? Also does anyone think it will be less crowded in spring / summer 2019 if Star Wars Land is opening later that year - or am I being hugely optimistic? Advice welcome!

Easter is the busiest time so if u can avoid that I would.
July is also really busy as the US school kids are still on their hols. It would be hot, but could you go last two weeks of the 6 weeks holiday. As US children would be back in school by then. It is very hot though,(But then it is in July) but it is manageable if you do air/con shows, rides and stop for drinks in the shade. Bring a brolly to walk along with like a sun shade.

Easter definitely, we just got back from 2 weeks and it was 28-30 most days and as ginger it was very hot for me, couldn’t bear it any hotter! It was quite busy but manageable with planning and didn’t stop us from doing anything, we did mainly early mornings and left after lunch when stated getting busy and getting hot.

Thanks for replies! now doing what lots of you seem to be doing and waiting hopefully to see if we can get free dining (I know we might be in black out dates...) - if not, might tip the balance back to summer!

Have been both and would say July! Easter is very very busy! July is hot but not unmanageable!
