Hi. Glad OP posted this as we are flying from Norwich with KLM/delta.
Outbound: Norwich - amsterdam - JFK - Orlando Inbound: Orlando, Detroit, Amsterdam, Norwich. Seemed a good idea atthe time but now panicking! How do I find out if good and drink free to us on delta? Or is it standard? X

I think they are fine as long as nothing goes wrong. I was stranded in Atlanta after a missed connection on a thru ticket. I had to put myself up and had to go on standby for the next days flight. For this reason I wont use them again.

We flew with Delta earlier this year, not to MCO but somewhere else in America and they were fantastic. We went to Boston from Heathrow and have to say they really were very good. We were in Economy so ok you're not going to get all the perks but the IFE was fantastic, lots of choices. Seats were comfortable and have to say the windows (for an old aircraft) were remarkably clean!
One of the best flights I've been on.

Web have flown several times with delta and we enjoy flying with them. Nothing has gone wrong so haven't had to test them but I would agree the cabin crew are usually a bit older and experienced and very accommodating.
The first time we flew there was an issue before our holiday and we also had a flight alteration. When I got our e tickets neither of our kids were allocated a seat but were on the documentation and paid for. I rang delta and spoke to someone who sounded like he was in America, it was late at night when I rang and I am not sure if the call was transferred. Anyway he was great said the kids were in the flight and had seats but for some reason it wasn't listed but he also said the flight we had been changed to was an illegal connection time and if we didn't make it that would be conisdered our fault. He rebooked us on a different flight sorted all our seats and resent the documents in a matter of minutes. He was right. As we were waiting for the train to change terminals at Atlanta our original flight had well gone. |
