We have done it a couple of times and go early and not on a weekend. This year we leave the day after it opens so have no choice but to do it that day- fingers crossed its not rammed as its earlier than normal.

All of above, weekday and go early.
We also bought the package with 8 or items, a pin and this included using them for alcoholic drinks!
We found researching what would be on each stall and looking at the pics meant we sorted our route a bit and decided what we really didn't want to miss before we walked round.

By 'go early' what do we class as early?

We arrive Thursday and I was hoping to do early morning Epcot Saturday leaving around 1pm. Will this be ok?

Avoid the weekends, this is when the hens & stag crowds arrive & Epcot becomes like every UK Town on a Saturday night, although I have yet to see fighting everything else is there to see.

It's certainly more adult themed than family friendly at weekends .

I second the recommendation to pick up the passport. There's a sticker to put on each country as you pass it and sample the goodies!
But definitely midweek.
